Passionate About Endurance Training and Nutrition Coaching

I am an self confessed  endurance sports and adventure enthusiast and have been competing and completing endurance sports and adventures for over 25 years. From Ironman triathlons to mountain adventures around UK and European mountains on foot and by bike.


Holding an MSc in Sports and Exercise Nutrition from the University of Westminster and as a registrant of the British Dietetics Association Sports and Exercise Nutrition register; I am passionate about sports nutrition and how it can enhance performance.  


I have coached athletes to qualify for Kona and GB Age group triathlon, guided people to their first successful ultra marathons and helped marathon runners hit their targets with many PBs along the way. 


I enjoy working closely with athletes of all abilities, across all endurance sports disciplines by designing and implementing bespoke training and nutrition strategies to support health and performance goals.

My personal achievements include 7 Iron distance triathlons, including the mighty Triathlon X, many 70.3s, 15 marathons (and counting) and successfully completing the Raid Alpine, Raid Pyrenean and Raid Dolomites Audax rides across various European mountain ranges, plus bagging around 150 Scottish Munros so far.
